TRACKING A PACKAGE

Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

 

HOW TO MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

We all change our mind sometimes. If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please give our customer care team a call at 401-615-2862.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OUTSIDE THE USA?

At this time, we cannot process orders from customers outside the United States or Canada.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

DO YOU ODDER GIFT WRAPPING?

SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We partner with the USPS, so you can generally expect your package to arrive within 2 - 5 business days. At this time we do not offer express delivery services. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) Orders in by 3pm EST typically ship out the same day. Orders received after 3pm EST will ship the next business day.

THE ITEM I HAVE SELECTED STATES "OUT OF STOCK." CAN I STILL ORDER IT AND HAVE IT SHIPPED WHEN IT'S AVAILABLE AGAIN?

If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable, and may be available in the future, so check back but there is no guarantee that product will be restocked.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Fill-out the returns and exchange form on the back portion of your packing slip and indicate what you are returning or exchanging.

To ensure a prompt and accurate returns process, we ask that you include your order number on the return form.
